A quick trip (THERE IS A BABY ELEPHANT IN THIS POST.)

This weekend my boyfriend, his sister, myself, and his parents all packed into a car and visited my family in St. Louis.

So that's three tall twentysomethings packed into the backseat of a car for a few hours, starting at the crack of dawn, to then spend the whole day outside.

A good time was had by all. 

We stopped by the St. Louis zoo and Montelle, one of my favorite wineries out there!

My dad has been taking me to wineries since I was maybe...12? So I may have only been able to legally drink for a year, but yes, I do already have a favorite winery.

Because I'm 22 going on 50.

Also, I did not drink the wine when I was 12. Just to clear that up.

But I digress.

What the hell is that thing? ^^^^^ Guess I should've read the sign...

Contrary to what it may seem from my pictures, there were actually five other people there with us.

BABY ELEPHANT BABY ELEPHANT!!

That thing is a monster. And it WILL land on your shoulder if you're not careful.
