Because the world needs a little "old fashioned" now and again.

I found this website last night, and I'm a little late in discovering it, but I kind of want to find the book.

It's called "Project Everlasting," and it's about two bachelors who went around the country seeking out the best stories of lifelong loves.

They have a few stories up on their website, you can find them in their love journals.

(Also, while we're on the topic, here's one of my favorite songs by Fun.)

In a time where marriage and relationships in general are changing rapidly-for better and for worse-it's refreshing to read stories from people who have stuck it out for the long haul.

I like to believe that even in the technological era, some things don't change. Love, respect, honor, admiration and a healthy sense of humor are all cornerstones of any relationship, whether it be with friends, family or a significant other. And they always will form the strongest base, no matter what else changes in our world.

So in case you need something warm and fuzzy for this really rainy Monday (where I am, anyway), the few stories they have up there will totally make your day.

Have a good week!
